So how does the process start?

When you arrive in Spain we will take you for an initial consultation with the builder and architect. They will discuss with you your options regarding location, size, style, time frame and most importantly budget. You can have modern minimalist styles or more traditional designs of rustic country villas. You can have a rustic exterior and ultra modern on the inside..... the choice is ultimately yours.

We will then go and look at finished projects so that you can see the construction and final finish qualities as well as speak to previous purchasers regarding their experience. We can then go and look at available plots of land (prices vary according to location).

The constructor will also accompany you to choose your tiles for floors, bathrooms and kitchens as well as bathroom and kitchen furniture. There is a huge degree of flexibility should you require it. Over and above the initial build price you can design a pool in the size, shape and location of your choosing, summer kitchen, a garage, workshop or even guest annex.

When you have chosen you style, design, size, plot budget we can go and introduce to a lawyer who will represent you throughout the build process and liaise with you, the builder, architect and ourselves throughout the construction phase as well as control the release of stage payments as agreed in the build schedule.

The build time is 6 months and key ready in 8 months, however the builders are happy to work within your timeframe.

Many clients still prefer the classic traditional style villa, which allow a fusion of rustic exterior with modern interior.

There are many designs available and the villa in these images was designed for a client in the Pinoso area on a 10.000m plot with the optional guest annex and detached garage.

Again, you sit with the architect and choose the style, specification that best suits your needs.

You choose the layout of the villa, the orientation on the plot, the kitchen, bathroom, even room sizes should you wish, floor tiles, wall tiles…… the list is endless.

And as with all Off Plan villas when the final specification and price are agreed then price is fixed so there are no nasty shocks, all with the backup of the support of an independent lawyer to oversea on your behalf.
