The properties are all long term rentals and not short term or holiday rentals. Please do not ask for rental contracts for periods of less than 11months.
As with all of our rentals there will currently be a tenant in residence. One month prior to the end of contract (Available from date) the tenant must decide if they wish to extend the contract or if they wish to give notice. Until such a point it is not possible to view the property. The siting tenant is always given first option on renewing the contract. If the tenant in residence does not wish to renew their contract then we are able to show the property only in the last month of the tenancy.
