A very beautiful space in which there are several trees, ambiences to create, as several very interesting corners. This house is located between superb mountains, only 15 minutes from the small town of Fortuna, where you’ll find all the amenities (restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets…) and only 35 minutes from the center of Murcia.

This recently renovated property offers, in its first part, a beautiful outdoor terrace, a large living and dining room, with a fully equipped and furnished open kitchen; a laundry area (in which you have a refrigerator), master bedroom with its private shower room, a second bedroom, it has a full shower that doubles as a guest toilet.

Entering through a corridor into the second part of the house (cave) we find a small living room, a fairly large space that can have several uses, in it, a door that leads to the outside; two bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom.

There’s also a space outside where we could place an awning for the car(s) and a small summer kitchen and of course the pool and terrace.
