We sit down with you for as long as it takes to explain the documentation you will need in order to sell your property, the taxes and fees associated with selling, the process and duration, what is expected of the agent and the vendor in selling the property. We will then take professional standard photographs and video to show your property in the best possible light. We will conduct viewings in a professional and friendly manner and endeavour to give you feedback as soon as we have it. We will handle the offer process and accompany you from offer, to lawyers, to notary at completion.
For our Buyers:
We start with our website; it is full of useful information for our buyers. We have written articles in our Blog section, free downloadable eBooks, video guides as well as our Two Minute Tuesday weekly video podcast. We have live chat on our website, so as you are browsing properties you will be able to speak online with us about what you are seeing. We accompany you on all viewings and print off property fact sheets, we will have all the information you require on each and every villa you view. We will ensure that if you are viewing multiple properties with us that we factor time for a bite to eat, a coffee break or at the very least there will be cold water available in the car for you. Following viewing we will assist you with the offer process, lawyers, banks, NIE numbers, health cards, schools, local knowledge…….. our role does not finish at the notary, but continues for weeks, months even years after the sale.
