Steven Bromley the owner of Hondon Valley Homes has been successfully selling properties on the Costa Blanca since 2006. In this time we have helped thousands of buyers, sellers and renters with their property requirements.

Living and working in the Hondon Valley gives us a unique perspective on the property market and our clients today become our neighbours and friends in the very near future. There is no better advertising for us than when we are walking through the village with clients to be greeted with a friendly “Hola” and a word of endorsement from clients who have previously purchased with us.

We were the first international agent in the valley and are still here today, going from strength to strength and our strongest asset is that we never “sell” villas. We simply listen to our clients requirements and do our best to put them in front of the properties that tick as many of their boxes as possible.

For our Vendors:

We sit down with you for as long as it takes to explain the documentation you will need in order to sell your property, the taxes and fees associated with selling, the process and duration, what is expected of the agent and the vendor in selling the property. We will then take professional standard photographs and video to show your property in the best possible light. We will conduct viewings in a professional and friendly manner and endeavour to give you feedback as soon as we have it. We will handle the offer process and accompany you from offer, to lawyers, to notary at completion.

For our Buyers:

We start with our website; it is full of useful information for our buyers. We have written articles in our Blog section, free downloadable eBooks, video guides as well as our Two Minute Tuesday weekly video podcast. We have live chat on our website, so as you are browsing properties you will be able to speak online with us about what you are seeing. We accompany you on all viewings and print off property fact sheets, we will have all the information you require on each and every villa you view. We will ensure that if you are viewing multiple properties with us that we factor time for a bite to eat, a coffee break or at the very least there will be cold water available in the car for you. Following viewing we will assist you with the offer process, lawyers, banks, NIE numbers, health cards, schools, local knowledge…….. our role does not finish at the notary, but continues for weeks, months even years after the sale.

Website & Technology:

This website has been designed with all our clients in mind. Alongside the obvious property listings we have an extensive database of written articles, free downloadable ebooks, our famous Two Minute Tuesday video blogs where Steven sits and talks about the questions our clients have, we even have a chat box that allows you to talk to us online from the website.

We will always innovate and use technology to make the impossible possible. We use professional state of the art cameras and lenses to give you the best possible view of the properties,  360′ cameras on our social media platforms, drone videos, gimbal stabilised camera platforms…….. if it is available and enhance the experience for the buyer and promote the property on behalf of the vendor, then we will use it……. However what we always put beyond any technology is the fact that we are local, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, professional and we listen to what you are customer wants.
