The villa sits on a walled plot with two electrically operated driveway gates. The rear giving access to the shaded carport and the front gates leading along the long gravel driveway to the double garage. The villa offers both privacy and views simultaneously.

The villa itself features a large wrap around naya on the north and west sides of the villa affording views to the front of the villa over the pool, sun terrace and over towards the Murcian mountain ranges in the distance. The westerly side of the naya offers pictures of Hondon de los Frailes though each archway. There are a further two sizeable double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a fourth bedroom/office space large enough for a double bed or two singles. There is a family bathroom with bath to the rear of the property. To the rear of the property is the boiler house with oil tank and boiler and beneath the naya is a small “underbuild” storage area.

From the back door you exit to the back or eastern terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun in the morning or finding some shade during the summer sun summer days.

The property is designed around the 10x5m private kidney shaped pool and sunbathing terrace. The pool is solar heated and the swimming season can be easily extended from April until november. There is a lovely summer kitchen and wc as well as a jacuzzi on the pool terrace making this the perfect entertaining area for friends and family alike.
