Hondon Valley Homes dealt with my house sale from beginning to end with a attention to detail.
They are a professional organisation and I would most certainly recommend them.

From the moment we contacted Steven at HVH, the service we received was fantastic. We had our requirements, budget and a limited time to view properties in the area. We selected a few properties and he was happy to comment on these as well as suggesting other possible options. The viewings were relaxed with no pressure to buy. Steven has great local knowledge and gave us some useful local contact numbers.
Luckily we found our villa and throughout the buying process he kept in constant touch and was always happy to answer questions. When we finally collected the keys again he was there to meet us at the property and check all was OK.

From the moment we met Steve we liked and trusted him and up until this point we had met some very shady estate agents ( not in this area).
Steve goes above and beyond for his clients, even coming round when we hit a water main in the garden to turn the water off for us as the stopcock would not turn off due to age, he then got us a plumber organised who arrived within an hour on a Saturday.
Steve has a wealth of local knowledge that we still tap into.
I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy in this area.
