**Property Disclaimer – Please Read Carefully**
When we originally sold this property to the current owners, there was no swimming pool or summer house. These were added later without prior permission from the local town hall, in the understanding that this could be attended to and updated when they came to sell the property.
However......Since then, the Valencia regional government has placed an embargo on the town hall, which means no property updates can be officially registered until a new general plan is approved. Unfortunately, this plan has been pending for several years, and there is no sign it will be resolved in the near future.
As a result, the pool and summer house cannot currently be included on the official property documents.
So what does this mean for you as a potential buyer? Any buyer interested in this property should be aware that their solicitor will need to retain adequate funds to cover the cost of updating the legal paperwork in the future, once the town hall is able to process such changes.
