TMT Special Video: From the Vine to the Table – The story of the Hondon Valley Grape.

Last year (2023) following a fruitful idea we took time out with our friend and local vineyard owner Javi Barbero to help explain the vineyards dotted around the Hondon Valley and why some grapes are bagged and some not.
A lot of effort went into the filming, scripting, translations, editing, and production of this video and it could not have been undertaken without the resourcefulness of my partner in crime Mila Lipowicz and of course the expert knowledge of Javi himself.
