With more than 300 m² of living space, it includes a corridor with a bedroom on one side and a bathroom on the other. After the hallway is the living-dining room with a wood stove. Then you pass into the traditional kitchen with a large pantry (former stable which has retained original elements). From the kitchen you access a patio and the cellar with its original press. The cellar has not yet been renovated and allows many development possibilities. At the bottom of the cellar, you have a small plot of land, completely fenced.

In the living room you have the stairs that lead upstairs. There are 4 bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom and a large living room with wood stove. You have the possibility of making a third bathroom and an additional bedroom.

The property has a very large garage and in front of the entrance to the house you have a small pergola with superb views. Below is the 10x5m swimming pool with a field of almond trees. The farm has electricity, running water and rainwater.

Alicante airport and beaches are just 40 minutes away.

La Romana is a beautiful town located at the foot of the Sierra del Reclot and surrounded by vineyards, almond trees and olive trees. It is a mountainous region with several marble and limestone quarries.

The town has around 2,500 inhabitants and has a large selection of shops, bars and cafes. The Saturday market is very pleasant. La Romana has its own winery, a cooperative, where local wine owners bring their harvest. There is a large sports center on the outskirts of the town with a large swimming pool, tennis, paddle tennis and basketball courts, a football pitch and an indoor gym.

The third week of August each year is celebrated by the city’s popular festival, which includes the traditional parades of the Moors and Christians on Fridays and Saturdays.

The town is close to the towns of Algueña, Novelda, Aspe and Hondón de las Nieves and is 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport and the nearest beaches are 40 minutes drive.
