I have valued the villa when all works completed at between 275.000€ and 300.000€. So what work needs to be undertaken?

  • The swimming pool needs resealing and retiling. The pool would then look brand new and would be fine for the next 10 years (approx. 5000€)
  • The villa could do with a new kitchen. A new modern or traditional style kitchen would certainly improve the appeal.
  • Perhaps the two lounges could be combined and incorporate a dining area.
  • Update of one of the bathrooms.
  • General cosmetic improvements – painting and decorating.
  • Minor landscaping.
  • Install the 1000 mbps wifi available in the area.
