The architects ethos with this project is to design properties that offer light and bright houses with a choice of modern exterior styling or in the case of the Sierra Model a more traditional exterior but with a modern interior.
You will also have a choice of floor, kitchen and bathroom tiles from the builders selection, or you can specify your own and pay the difference. The same with kitchen units and bathroom fixtures. You personalise the villa to suit your style and needs.

The price listed above is for the construction of the villa and does not include the price of the plot which can either be purchased privately or you can look at a selection of plots owned by or available to the builder.
If you wish to specify a private swimming pool and sun terrace then prices start at 15.000€ for an 8x4m pool and rise to 20.000€ for a 10x5m pool. You can also specify for a salt and auto ph system pool (price upon application).
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THIS WILL BE AN OFF-PLAN BUILD VILLA. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A PLOT OF LAND WITH THE CORRECT PERMISSION TO BUILD ON AND IMPORTANTLY THE CAPACITY TO BUILD ON (VALENCIA 10.000M2 FOR RUSTIC AND 5.000M2 FOR MURCIA OR URBAN LAND WITH 25% FOOTPRINT ALLOWED).
