With a footprint of +/- 80m2 this terrace wraps around 2 sides of the property and goes from a shaded zen/chillout area with small water fountain and extendable shades area next to the master bedroom to the glazed area with ultra-expensive (40.000€) glass curtains and automatic extending sun roof section which can be “indoors” in the winter and “outdoors” in the summer. Parking and Storage:

In the basement of the villa you will find a reserved parking spot for 1 vehicle as well as a very useful 20m2 garage/storage space perfect to keep the clutter out of the apartment itself.

The apartment is a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants, cafes, medical, and shops. Mercadona is 4 minutes by car as is the hospital and a 5 minute walk gets you into the centre of the town where you will find everything you need including the bus station.
